You’re reading this post, which means you have definitely seen some amazing images of beautiful weddings here at Morais Vineyards and Winery. Our close proximity to the Washington, DC metropolitan area does have quite the draw and holds diverse appeal for those looking for a unique venue to exchange the “I do”s. Weddings however are not the only special events we host. As a private event facility, you rent the space and plan your party for whatever celebration you might be bring friends and family together for.
We are highlighting here a very special event from this season’s line up. The beautiful and talented Vanessa was honored with this gathering to celebrate her First Communion.
The Grand Ballroom of the Palacio is a blank canvas just waiting for splash of color to bring the setup to life. All colors show so nicely against the pale palette backdrop of the dressed wall with copious amounts of natural light.
Each event is uniquely inspired and every one is different. Vanessa’s Communion of example; the hostess used special order, designer cakes as the table number stands. Guests were encouraged to partake in these utilitarian props at their leisure.
The table setup for this event was divinely inspired with “King’s Tables” intersecting to form a cross and used to seat family as a head table.
Attention to detail was impeccable at Vanessa’s Party. From the thoughtfulness of menu items to the smallest details of table scape. Guests felt pampered and were wowed by the fabulous food, drink and music and Vanessa was honored in the most extravagant and memorable of ways. Diversity of events is a huge draw and we hope that you are inspired to make it your very own.
